Google recently launched a new website for Hangouts, in which you can send and receive Instant messages, Voice and Video Calls. This is a new way to access your Hangouts, without the need to login to your Gmail, Google Plus or the Chrome Extension. The new URL to access the Hangouts Website is the following: Hangouts.google.com
If you’re logged in on your Chrome Browser, it will automatically sync your hangouts conversations; if not, it will ask you to sign in with your Google Apps Account Credentials.
The new website looks like the following:
Through the new HAngouts website, you can add up to 100 People in a Group Chat, which also supports photos, maps, stickers, GIFs and emoji. Seting up video calls is very easy too. For video calls, you can talk one-on-one or set up a group call with up to 10 people. The best thing is that your Google Hangouts chats also sync between your mobile devices so you can continue your conversations on the Hangouts iOS, Android and web applications once you close your browser.
The background wallpapers of the Google Hangouts website are pulled from the Google+ profiles of professional photographers and it changes periodically and every time you visit the website or hit the refresh button in your browser.
