Securing Microsoft 365
A default Microsoft 365 tenant is not a secure one. Legacy authentication stays enabled, sharing defaults are permissive, and nobody is watching sign-in logs. Does Microsoft back up my Microsoft 365 data?
No. Microsoft operates the platform but does not guarantee recovery of your data, which is why third-party backup is standard practice. We store copies outside Microsoft in Strasbourg, Frankfurt or Abu Dhabi depending on your residency requirement, with encryption and granular restore.
How long does a Microsoft 365 migration take?
It depends on user count, mailbox volume and how much legacy data comes across. We confirm the timeline after discovery rather than quoting blind.
Can you secure an existing tenant we already run?
Yes, and it is the most common way clients start with us. The tenant security review gives you a scored baseline and a prioritized remediation plan before you commit to anything ongoing.
What is the difference between Microsoft 365 and Office 365?
Office 365 covers the productivity apps: Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams. Microsoft 365 bundles those with Windows licensing, device management and the security stack. We work with both.
Can you supply our licences as well as the consulting?
Yes. As a direct CSP we can provide licensing alongside the services, on one invoice, in France, the UAE and Lebanon. The same applies to Microsoft Dynamics 365 if your CRM sits on the Microsoft stack. We can also work purely as consultants if your licensing sits elsewhere.
How is Microsoft 365 consulting priced?
Migration and consulting are quoted per project after scoping. Managed support is a recurring subscription based on user count. You get a fixed quote after discovery.
